After an initial introduction and establishing a good 2-way connection, we will first formulate your coaching question together and discuss what you want to achieve with coaching. Your coaching question forms the basis. Personal qualities, your challenge and ambition, together with the context of your organisation, form the ingredients for the further coaching sessions.
As a starting point for a coaching program, I usually assume 6 to 10 sessions, some of which can be online. Once we get started, we will regularly discuss the progress together and adjust the coaching process if necessary.
The main areas in which I offer coaching include: leadership - cooperation - workload and stress - organisation and environmental sensitivity - motivation and ambition - career choices.
