Together and result-oriented within the work context

You are the focus, your work is the context
As a coach, I guide you to gain more insight into your issue. You are central, with your individuality, strength and responsibility. We have an eye for the context, your organization and the culture, work style and the interests at stake.
Result for you and your organization
My approach is result-oriented. We set out at the beginning what our respective aims are for the coaching process. We also take into account what is important for your organization and what you have to do there. During the coaching process, we will regularly check whether you are still on track. At the end of the coaching process, we evaluate together the trajectory and what you have gained during the coaching process and its potential for strengthening your organisation.
How I define coaching
Making contact, really connecting, is a prerequisite for a successful coaching process. You, the coachee, are of course the focal point. You can expect me to hold up a sharp mirror to you and ask in-depth and sometimes disturbing questions where necessary. This way I offer you new angles. I pay attention to what is happening in the here and now. Both on a cognitive level and on a feeling level. What do I hear, what do I see and what do I experience? By being aware of what is happening at various levels, I as a coach can ask those questions and use interventions that really help you. In addition, I will bring all of my experience as an organisational coach to the process. This means that I will also be able to include the context of your issue, the larger organisational picture, and the impact this has for you as a coachee in the coaching process.
